The ipbx service IVR gives user phone access to some common features. It can be mapped as a star code or used within IVRs, Routes or Timeout Options.

Service IVR Menu

• 1 Listen to Messages - see mailbox submenu

• # to exit the mailbox submenu

• 2 Callback Menu - list last five calls and allows to call them back

• 1 to call number
• * to return to the main menu

• 3 Setup Call Forwarding

• 1 enable/disable call forwarding
• 2 setup call forwarding destination
• * to return to the main menu

• 4 For a Dialtone - allows you to dial any number as if at your desk
• 6 Jump to another Mailbox
• 7 Leave a message for Another User
