The ipbx service IVR gives user phone access to some common features listed below. The IVR can be mapped as a star code or used within IVRs, Routes or Timeout Options. This feature is particularly useful if you want to provide access from outside of your ipbx system; either through a dedicated DID/DDI or central IVR option.
Service IVR Menu
- 1 Listen to Messages - see mailbox submenu
- # to exit the mailbox submenu
- 2 Callback Menu - list last five calls and allows to call them back
- 1 to call number
- * to return to the main menu
- 3 Setup Call Forwarding
- 1 enable/disable call forwarding
- 2 setup call forwarding destination
- * to return to the main menu
- 4 For a Dialtone - allows you to dial any number as if at your desk
- 6 Jump to another Mailbox - Enter the mailbox number and PIN (full service IVR becomes available)
- 7 Leave a message for Another User - Allows you to create a new voicemail message for the specified mailbox
