Navigate to Configuration → Access Control to configure Permissions. The admin (Administrator) user is built-in and cannot be removed. The password for the administrator is set separately and can also be limited to certain IP v4 networks.

• Full access to all menu items

super user

• No Manual Editor (view only)
• No Multi-Site Access
• No Network/DHCP/DNS/Maintenance
• No capability to set users above super user

user

• No Configuration access (System menu only)
• No direct SIP/IAX Channel Access
• No direct Device Access
• No User Provisioning nor advanced access
• No Voicemail Advanced Access

limited user

• No Configuration access (System menu only)
• No direct SIP/IAX Channel Access
• No direct Device Access
• No User Provisioning nor advanced access

• No Application Access

limited user types are only available from version 2.0.1-f onwards

Use this option to temporarily prevent a user to access the ipbx administrator interface.
