The ipbx service IVR gives user phone access to some common features. It can be mapped as a star code or used within IVRs, Routes or Timeout Options.
Service IVR Menu
- 1 Listen to Messages - see mailbox submenu
- # to exit the mailbox submenu
- 2 Callback Menu - list last five calls and allows to call them back
- 1 to call number
- * to return to the main menu
- 3 Setup Call Forwarding
- 1 enable/disable call forwarding
- 2 setup call forwarding destination
- * to return to the main menu
- 4 For a Dialtone - allows you to dial any number as if at your desk
- 6 Jump to another Mailbox
- 7 Leave a message for Another User
