The ipbx service IVR gives user phone access to some common features listed below. The IVR can be mapped as a [[Feature Map|star code]] or used within [[IVR|IVRs]], [[Routes|Routes]] or Timeout Options. This feature is particularly useful if you want to provide access from outside of your ipbx system; either through a dedicated DID/DDI or central IVR option. == Service IVR Menu == * 1 Listen to Messages - see mailbox submenu :* # to exit the [[Voicemail#Voicemail_Retrieval_and_Setup_Menu|mailbox submenu]] * 2 Callback Menu - list last five calls and allows to call them back :* 1 to call number :* * to return to the main menu * 3 Setup Call Forwarding :* 1 enable/disable call forwarding :* 2 setup call forwarding destination :* * to return to the main menu * 4 For a Dialtone - allows you to dial any number as if at your desk * 6 Jump to another Mailbox - Enter the mailbox number and PIN (full service IVR becomes available) * 7 Leave a message for Another User - Allows you to create a new voicemail message for the specified mailbox
